This is a great adjustable mesh office chair that has very good adjustable lumbar support. The head rest is nice and it reclines which is a nice feature. It's one of the most comfortable office chairs I've used. Unlike many products that need assembly at home this chair was very easy to put together. The instructions are very clear and the process is quite easy. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Great for office work. There’s extra lumbar support. It’s practically the same quality as a more expensive chair of this mesh kind but with additional neck support. Highly adjustable to your body shape. Doesn’t overheat like other chairs. Well worth the purchase— your back and neck will thank you.

Happy with Hyken Chair except the headrest is poorly positioned and can't be used at it interferes with natural sitting position.

This replaced a leather upholstered La-Z-Boy (Bradley) which I really liked but the leather did not wear well. So this mesh is a different feel. The seat is firmer and more shallow thus provides less thigh support. The tilt is smooth and I like the lumbar support. I'll need to give it more time to see if the trade-offs with the bulkier La-Z-Boy is to my liking.
