Had a gaming chair previously that lacked support this one is much better. Only issue is there were a couple scuffs on the base of the chair.

Still trying it out. It looks good and holding up. Will get back to you in two to three months with more review.

The chair is comfortable. The only problem is I am 5 ft 2incg and the neck rest is above / near to my top head rather than near neck.

As a UX Designer and now as a user of this chair it would be much more convenient to place the controls of the chair somewhere where I sit. On the side of the arm rests a little below instead of reaching under the chair which if you look at it might defeat the purpose of the chair when bending over to adjust the chair. Other wise great support.

Hyken chair is the best one we have had. In fact we bought our second Hyken within a couple weeks. The mesh material makes it cool and breathable when sitting for a long time. The back and neck support is great! My 11-year-old child said he loves using this chair during distance learning. The chair is super easy to put together as well.
