All absolutely wonderful: This is a solid chair strong lower back support good arm rests with changeable positions moves around well while swiveling and moving across the floor quiet during movement allows me to lean far! back with stability raises up and down well. I love the mesh seat and back as I get very warm on fabric covering. One item doesn't work the head/neck rest which has 3 positions it's in a funky position I can't use it. ***** But I love it!

It’s been almost a month since I bought this chair and so far it’s been great. Very comfortable especially for a short person (5’2”) like me that the neck rest is where I like it. I have the chair set relatively loose on the tension so it gives a nice relaxing tilt back when I’m on the phone or when I just want to lean back and stretch. I’m sure a Herman Miller chair would be nice but for the price this chair is a great value for the money. Another great plus is that I got to try it at a Staples store before I bought it. I couldn’t find a retail place to try a Herman Miller and I’m not about to plunk down that kind of money without trying it first. So I’m super glad that I have this!
