I haveonly had the chair for a week and it is league better than my old stackable chair I used to used for more than 4 years. Building it was really easy 20 or so minutes Presentation is really nice It's really comfortable The only problem I have is that you have to sit in the chair with your entire body against it's back to not get a small muscle pain. It is most likely a me problem with my body but it's still a rocking good chair

The best office chair I have ever had!

This fits my body so well! I am 5' 7" and my head back and arms are supported. I tried nearly every chair in Staples and nothing came close to this. Several chairs had headrests but I had to sit way back in the chair to put my head on it. When typing and mousing all day I need to be upright not reclined. At my last job I had one of those expensive Herman Miller Aeron chairs. This blows it away in terms of ergonomic support and price. It was pretty easy to assemble but would have been easier if I had someone holding the back to the seat when I put those screws in. Goodbye burning neck pain! I couldn't be happier!!

My husband has too long of a torso for this chair and so the lumbar does not hit him right and the headrest isn't in the right place either. I wish it had some hight adjustments.

The quality seems to have gone down some. This chair even though brand new has some wobble and every once and a while when rotating around squeaks.
