Best most visual instructions from any company where the end user has to put together. However the plastic portion of the back part of the chair came cracked. Didn’t notice until chair was out together.

The chair is easy to assemble instructions are very clear. The chair is a little hard maybe because it is new. The headrest position is a little awkward; When I sit in the chair sometimes it hit the shoulder. Overall it is a good chair with breathable mesh back and bottom. Shipment was quick. I recommend this chair.

Comfortable easy to put together. Would prefer in black but w/e.For tall people google this chair model and headrest fix. it makes the headrest higher which is essentially required if you are over 6'.

Great Value Great Warranty

Great value for this price point. Reason for knocking off a star - I weigh about 185 pounds and use this chair for about 8 hours a day. I have had to replace the bottom mesh seat about 4 times the left armrest 2 times and just this week (July 2024) the hydraulic cylinder since purchasing it April 2020. The bottom mesh seat loses its firmness basically after about a year of use. The left armrest started to crack and wear away. The hydraulic cylinder started to slowly creep down when sitting in the chair. What is really great in light of these issues though is that 7-year warranty. Union & Scale / Staples warranty claims phone calls are super easy and straightforward (usually just a 10-minute phone call) and they are super quick to ship replacement parts (within 5-7 days). Not everyone is as patient and handy as I am but I am content with the annual bottom seat mesh replacements. One extra comment I did replace the wheels with more inline roller blade looking ones I bought from elsewhere.

Chair was easy to assemble. Seat feels a little narrow so the side seat supports push into your legs unless you have a narrow butt. Other than that comfortable breathable rolls easy.
