I couldn't use this chair as the "head rest" dug into my neck/shoulders. I'm 5'10" but have a fairly tall torso for my size. Other folks my height that tried it out think it's quite comfortable.

My mom has had an earlier model of this chair for over 10 years and it's still in great shape so I decided to get one for my home office. It helps my back so much which has been in worse shape now that I'm pregnant. It offers the support I need while sitting at the desk for long periods of time and it's a relief to sit in after being on my feet.

I expected this to be delivered much later than it actually was. I was told 2 days with the expectation that it would be more time due to virus and lot of folks ordering since everyone is working form home now and was pleasantly surprised when it actually did arrive in 2 days. I've been working from home for almost 2 years now and my old chair was just done. This chair delivers. It's ergonomically designed and feels great on my body/back after sitting for many hours. I work 10 hour days right now and it's suitable for that. I could take or leave the headrest since I don't use it. I'm a fan of the recline as it's good for a stretch here and there throughout the day. It was also really easy to put together. The instructions the color coded screws and the allen wrench all made it take about 40 mins or so after I got it un-boxed. It's also a great price. I hit a sale and had a minor coupon so it was a steal for the quality. I would highly recommend this chair for your home office or regular office needs.

Great chair for the price. Wish the neck rest was more vertically adjustable but if it bothers me enough it’s easy to remove. Chair is a bit narrow but “leg-stretch” breaks prevent any prolonged discomfort. I wish the arms were a bit wider but not a large concern as height adjustability is mostly what I needed. Recently became a work from home person with covid-19 and this chair saved me from my back pain—would and have recommended to family in friends in the same position. Building instructions were great and so was the ship-to-store process I went through. If it helps I’m 6’1” 225 pound male of athletic build.
