Hyken chair is the best one we have had. In fact we bought our second Hyken within a couple weeks. The mesh material makes it cool and breathable when sitting for a long time. The back and neck support is great! My 11-year-old child said he loves using this chair during distance learning. The chair is super easy to put together as well.

Excellent chair for neck pain and back pain.

I am 5'4'' tall and the head rest seems to be slightly taller for me. I had placed a small cushion on the seat to get it to the perfect height. Otherwise the chair is extraordinary for any purpose. It's actually relieving my neck and shoulder pains. Recommending this chair even when you are not working on a computer to keep your posture erect. My Husband is taller than me he did not have any neck problem earlier but still loves this chair a lot. He can work for hours together on this chair. We fight for this chair and eventually got an extra one (one in black and one in gray). By the Charcoal Gray seems cool (as good as or better than black IMO) for those who like to try!

So far I like this chair. It's comfortable and adjustable and I like the fact that it has a fair amount of vertical adjustment. I have an old drafting table desk and it's just a bit higher than a normal desk this chair allows me to adjust to the table which my old chair didn't. I've only had it a week so I can't talk about long term use but I'd buy it again if I needed a chair.

This a well made chair from a quality perspective and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately it lacks the adjustability to be suited to all body sizes/types. I'm 6' 3" and have the head rest issue that was reported in other reviews. Also the seat is too narrow for me. I really like the mesh seat but can feel the plastic frame on the sides. It needs to be an inch or two wider to be truly comfortable. For someone under 6' I could see this being a very comfortable chair. The 3-position recline lock is nice.

Easy to assemble. Great for 3 hour use. Not an “executive chair” for day long in the saddle but it’s my size not the fault of the chair. Also wish it was extra inch higher. Definitely recommend it for home use and for those under 6’ 200 lbs.
