The chair came in a large box that was utterly destroyed. Either mine was a return or ups really did a number on it. Luckily all the pieces were intact. Setup is ypur standard affair and went smoothly. Overall the chair has some really nice features but unfortunately the restrest height adjustment is really lacking. I'm 6ft and a bit long in the torso but I'm no giant and the headrest bottom is smack dab up into shoulderblades. Not comftable at all. For the chair to be usable the headrest must be removed which is a really shame. With headrest this would be pushing a 5 star review. Without it it's 3 star average chair.
This chair has saved my back. I use to own a gaming chair and the Hyken is so much better. My only wish is for the armrests to be wider out or have adjustable width
Got it discounted when there was a sale going on. Worth it for under $200 wouldn’t buy it over $200. I’m 5’6 165 lbs and the only issue I have is that my feet dangles a bit when it’s lifted to the max 🤣. Bought a footrest and it’s fine now. Material is great it’s quite comfy and you feel tucked in with its design. Armrests are solid it does not wiggle and the adjusting height is just perfect.
This is a wonderful chair - good lumbar support the back tilts back so you can 'rock' and is very comfortable. Unfortunately the head rest protrudes too far forward and gave me a headache so I took the head rest off. Would highly recommend this chair.
Probably one of the best values for an extended use office chair providing comfort and support. We have three of them. The seat on a four year old chair broke away and staples replaced it under warranty
