I went to the store to buy an office chair. The staff members were very helpful and polite. I was greeted at the door and directed to where I needed to be. The chair was not available in store so I had to order it and have it delivered. The associate at the store was just so helpful I cannot thank him enough. It definitely was a great experience all around. My chair showed up at my house front door and I couldn’t be happier.

Was excited to get it but turns out a big disappointment! For some weird reason it sit about 2 inches higher than any other chair I've had and yes its down all the way and makes it very awkward using the keyboard and the Armrest are way to low to even use!. Second the bottom cushion is VERY stiff and not much cushion this is coming off a chair I had for 5 years of alot of use it just had to many rips in the cushion. Wish you could replace just the bottoms of chairs!
