The bolts don't all get tight. I don't know if the threads in the receiving holes strip or the threaded socket spin in place but more than one bolt keep spinning. When the instructions tell you to tighten bolts monthly I think there is a design issue. When I rock back the loose bolt holding the back slips and you can feel it pop every time. Otherwise easy assembly with easy to understand instructions and hardware packed individually for each step. Casters chair swivel adjustment are fine.
