The chair is fine.. but you cant recline more than a few inches.. I have checked to make sure it isnt locked. It is just the way the chair is built.

I bought this in Nov 2021 on sale and they offerred me discounted 3yr warranty. 9 months after it starts making squeaky noise from the wheels and when i turn the swivel. Also the seams on where I sit now has torn apart. good thing they refund me with full credit but I’d rather not buy from their store brand again. Oh well you get what you paid for.

The chair seems to be made well so far. I didn’t want to spend a lot on the chair and this one on sale fit the bill. The only down side is I wish the seat was a little wider my phone clip hits the arms every time
