This chair is very firm (what I needed) level with my desk and other than putting in one of the wheels (it pinch my finger) & lining up the last 4 screws (ALWAYS a Issues With these Chair) went together easy enough. The nice thing was the sale price free shipping & the extra $25.00 off I got by ordering it online. The price was less than half the cost.
