Chair is very easy to put together. It took 10-15 minutes to complete. Assembly instructions are very well laid out and parts are packed per step. Chair is comfortable and provides enough cushioning for me (5'9" ~170 lbs). I love the high back for back support. Adjustment knob and levers are well placed and easy to change. Wheels roll smoothly across vinyl plank floors.
