The left side of the chair ripped open and is basically falling apart after 6 months of use. I am a 210-pound guy and this is the worst quality that I have experienced from a staples chair after owning around 5 of them.

Bad and getting worse

Bought it a year ago and I PAID STAPLES TO ASSEMBLE IT. The seat height adjustment control has never worked properly - won't lock in and hold your setting; when you sit in it it whooshes and slowly descends to the lowest height. The tilt tension knob has never really worked properly either regardless of how you try to adjust the tension per the instructions. I know that the tilt adjustment on this chair isn't supposed lock which is fine but good luck trying to tilt back while sitting in it and it just snaps back up. The chair is now really unusable. (I'm 5-8 and 175 #.)
