Ingot this because I am working from home and needed something better than a hard folding chair with a seat cushion. I did go in store as I feel that you really have to try the different chairs to see what is right for your needs. Assembly was super easy and I.was able to get it together by myself. This chair is very supportive. I have not been feeling tailbone pain or back pain. Only drawback is my cat thinks this is his chair. Overall I am glad that I made the investment in it.

I like it except for the base. It tips forward very easily and I'm afraid I will fall out. I am not a big person either. The base is also very light weight. The order process and shipping were great. So far the chair is comfortable and working. We had one like this at the office and after some time the seat wouldn't stay up.
