The sample in the store was perfect. The store assembled one for me. It is not at all satisfactory. I keep sliding out of the chair! Also cannot control the height. It's either too high or too low. It's driving me nuts! The person who was picking it up for me could not do it for over a week because of the rain. It's now too late to return it. Plan to contribute it to a local charity.
