The picture makes it look like it is comfortable to sit in and has good cushion and support but it is not true. After just an hour of sitting your back hurts bc there isn't really any support and your bum is hurting bc there isn't really any cushion. Only giving it 2 stars. and those are only bc the chair looks nice. would not recommend this chair to anyone.

Instructions were super easy to follow. Parts were identified and separated in their own bags. Chair is constructed well and looks really nice with my desk. I’m sure I’ll enjoy it for many years!

Not comfortable at all

We bought a few chairs from Staples/other store earlier in the similar price range and thought this would be similar and live up to our moderate expectation based on the description and good reviews hence ordered a couple without trying first in store. Delivery was very fast and I quickly assembled one. Assembly was a breeze and I couldn't wait to sit on it. But ... what a disappointment! This is not comfortable at all and Is a far cry from the ones we bought before. A few things we quickly noticed: 1. armrest is quite low; 2. shoulder/head support is very weak; 3. not enough cushioning and feels like sitting on a hard chair with a shabby/uneven matt definitely not comparable with the ones we bought before. It's not ergonomically designed and I don't think one can sit on this for 5 hours as boasted in the description. Plan to return the other unopened one and go to store to hunt for a better model.
