Disappointed in the chair. It was assembled in the store so we have no box to return it. It is comfortable but the base keeps separating from the seat of the chair if you lift the chair. Poorly made but is comfortable.

This chair is the best ever for me as a customer for over 25 years. It has the best lower and upper back support. It is so comfortable that my daughter is going to put in a recommendation that every one in her office get the same chair. I also purchased a gamers chair for my grandson who now is a number 1 gamer . Thank you STAPLES
