Comfortable with padded arms and soft but firm seat and back. Went to the store and tried all chairs in stock bought this instead of a tempur-pedic one for twice the price; it was delivered to my door a day later easy assembly and instructions.

This chair is very good value; it's extremely comfortable and easy to put together. Also I'm not sure why some reviewers say it doesn't tilt because it does and has excellent lumbar support.
