I love the chair but the assembly instructions could be better. The screws need to be loose until everything is assembled and then tightened after everything is put together. Other than that it was an excellent purchase and I’m happy with it.

Already broken less than 6 months after purchasing.

We bought 3 of these and the one that's been used most often is already broken. I logged in today to try to see if there's a warranty and it says I'm past the period of returns. Don't buy this chair. It's garbage. That's a lot of money to spend on a chair that is unusable after 6 months.

The armrests do not feel sturdy at all and that part of the assembly is very difficult. A little more innovation in those areas and it could be a very good chair for the price.
