I got three of these chairs for my office and receptionist desk and I'm very pleased. Took about 15-20 minutes to assemble the controls are easy to use and the chair moves easily. The arms are well padded and comfortable and the seat cushioning is the perfect mix of firmness and comfort.

Would not recommend this chair for sitting for long periods. I only had the chair for about 3 weeks and the cushion on the bottom part of the chair has already thinned out. I had to add a chair cushion to make it more comfortable. The upper part of the chair is quite comfortable.
