Construction seems sturdy and all parts were there but the adjustable cylinder leaks down while sitting on it requiring it to be raised throughout the day.

The chair was very comfortable.It was not bad looking. I do however find the directions for setting height etc. a bit confusing. I wish you would give the dimensions of your products.. Office space is sometimes very limited..

I purchased this chair after using my dining room chair for a couple months during COVID-19. It was easy to assemble and fits its purpose. I sit in it 8-10 hours/day and don't really get uncomfortable. I loosened the reclining resistance so I can lean back easily. One wish I had for it was if it could lock in the reclining position. Otherwise it is well worth the price.
