I ordered in store. The chair arrived at my home within a few days. Assembly was easy. The chair is in perfect "New" condition. It's comfortable and works as it should. I gave it 4 stars because let's face it it's not a "Top of the line" chair but I have no issues with it and I'm happy with my purchase.

Chair rolls good but sitting in it for extended periods of time is proving to be not as comfortable as I anticipated it would be. Good price point but I should have splurged a bit more for the ergonomic factors the other chairs were offering (even though they were 3x the price).

I want to a store to purchase a chair and I found one that I liked and it was on sale in the store on-line it was not on sale I asked a salesperson if I could have it shipped direct and he told me the store doesn't ship direct and he took me up to the front and ordered it on a kios and took me to the cashier and he told her it was on sale I received it the next day and I am very happy with the chair. Installation was very easy and I'm very happy with the sale and I saved $58.00 dollars. EXCELLENT
