It's an improvement over my old chair in that it sits straight up. It's hard and not very comfortable but it sits pretty much straight up which is good for my posture but still not very comfortable!

I ordered two of these chairs. Quality is different for both. One is soft and easy for backward lean while second one is hard and tough for backward lean. Not happy customer.
