I LOVE MY CHAIR and I am so thankful that it came early and that Keto was able to facilitate putting it together for me as I had no means to do it myself. I have been enjoying it all weekend and what a relief it is to my back pain. I am so happy with it and it is my 'prize Birthday present' as my birthday was on the 23rd and I am now 82 with a brand new gust for writing as now I have a chair at my desk that fits me!!!! Of the chairs we tried out this chair met our space needs and was reasonably comfortable. The arms were nicely cushioned. It is better cushioned than our previous chair. It rolls well even on carpeting.

I purchased this chair after reading the reviews. One comment I found said caused back pain. I have to agree but that's because I'm only 5'1" and it's definitely built for a taller person. I'm using it at my computer so I should have gotten a smaller chair with less depth in the seat. I love the texture and elegant look of chair. It was easy to assemble. May be they should not only include a maximum pounds of person but also their height in description. So it's not very ergonomic for me but may be for a taller person.
