Directions given were clear and easy to follow. Chair was a bit on the pricier side in my opinion but totally worth it given COVID circumstances and the likelihood that we will be having more virtual/online conferences and events within the next two years. This is one chair that you can sit on for hours on end without your back or legs hurting. Seat is big enough for me (a 5’2” girl) to sit criss-cross during 5 hours of lectures. Not a bad investment!
