I am very please with my chair. I am very dissapointed in the service I received in the store in Rochester NY. The girl that took care of me had an attitude about taking care of me. Since this style chair wasn't in stock anymore she offer the floor model. I asked her to see if they can give me a discount since it was used or try by everyone that came in the store. Her replied was not nice and said no. If this is how you take care of other customers you can lose customers in the future.qp
