Appreciate the one day shipping and easy to follow instruction. One of the reasons I chose this chair was for the tilt-lock feature. It tilts but it does not lock. Too much of an effort to disassemble and exchange. Overall good for its price but would be perfect if it was not defected.

This chair is good looking but does not work well for long hours at the desk. The bottom and back support are flimsy at best which lead to backpain after an 8-12 hr WFH day. Wouldn't get for everyday use.
