The seat is short. I have adjusted the spring that controls the ability to recline as much as possible to make it easy. It is still hard to recline.

Chair was not user friendly to assemble.. Took over two hours and two people.. None of the holes lined up to put screws in.. Some of them were not even threaded. I had to rethread the holes.. Total joke.. Had I not lived 70 miles away from a Staples I would have returned the chair.
