Quality poor comfort poor

I received this as a Christmas present last year. A bolt fell out of 1 arm rest the seat is no longer comfortable and supporting but worse the stitching on one side is tearing. It was luxury compared to my old chair the first few months but my old chair lasted 10 years or better. This one isn't going to make a year.
