I opened the box. I looked at all the parts. I looked at the manual and was surprised how the directions were easy to understand and good pictures. I was so happy to put it together by myself with little assistance at the end. Since its new I am hoping this will last awhile as its faux leather but a good value for the money. It actually looks like my previous chair which was bonded leather. Eventually bonded leather will not hold up. This chair is comfortable to sit in even for a short person.

The chair will do for my purpose however I expected it to have a lumbar support which is does not have and the tilt feature is very stiff no matter how far I turn the wheel in each direction.
