The chair is well built as well as being of quality design. It is easy to operate and was quite simple to assemble. Instructions were laid out in an easy 1 2 3 format that anyone should be able to follow. So far so good. No complaints.

Very soft comfy chair. Loved how easy it was to assemble: They gave a long plastic strip with different sections sealed instead of several loose bags of screws and each one was not only labeled as the part but for what step it was used for! We bought this chair for our office at work and so far it's been amazing. We have a concrete floor and the instructions recommended different caster wheels for a hard floor as the ones it comes with are meant for carpet.
