Doesn't lean back

First this chair is difficult to assemble. When we finally got it put together we find that it does not lean back without planting both feet on the ground and REALLY pushing it back.(Yes we adjusted it all the way) It is also pretty squeaky(the faux leather). It may stop who knows. The jury is out on keeping it.

Set up was reasonable. The only problem I had is that the seat base cants forward a bit leaving me feeling like I was slowly sliding out of the chair. My solution - remove the 2 front mount screws and add a 3/8" spacer nut under each. The added bonus is that the seat back now tips a bit further back which I like.
