Fairly decent chair for the money however the lack of ability to put the seat back is somewhat uncomfortable and one should upgrade to a different model. ( The angle of the chair seat to the back is pretty much 90° and become quite uncomfortable after a period of time a simple release mechanism to allow the seat back to change the angle even a little bit would be a great addition)

Comfortable good lumbar support attractive in office setting. I gave it 4 stars because tilt-back is pretty stiff; but it's not broken in yet so I expect it will be just fine. I would definitely recommend this chair.
