We were happy to be able to get this chair at all because it was out of stock in the store. It was promised to us the next day but in reality took a full week to arrive. Oh well things happen I suppose - and the shipping was free.

The chair is a nice looking chair and it is comfortable for a home office chair. The problems began at during the 4th month when the air lift began deflating periodically. I expected this after a few years but certainly not within the first couple years. It’s an intermittent issue but once it starts it not likely to get better.

This chair is quite comfortable good looking and good value for the price. It is perfect for a home office. Assembly was a breeze since there were not too many parts or screws and came with its own allen wrench. In approximately 15 minutes the chair was ready to use.
