This chair is miserable to sit in all day. I've never had back pain until I got this chair. It is unstable and a nightmare to sit in. I wanted to try to to make it work and exceeded the return time frame so now I have to get a new chair and I am out of money for that one. I will definitely go somewhere other than Staples for my next chair.
