Misaligned predrilled holes & fasteners that would not tighten forced me to return the first chair & buy a second. That one was assembled well by Staples & is perfect for my purposes. Sloppy construction but a good recovery by Staples.

Bought this chair back in December of 2020. It took a while to assemble. The holes where not lining up like they should. After getting it all assemble I had no problems for awhile thank god. After about a year I noticed the bottom cushion not supporting me there's no support at all cheap foam or something very disappointed.
