This chair is very easy to assemble with great instructions and tool provided. It's comfortable-enough but lumbar support is 'so-so'. I know I know if I wanted more features such as adjustable lumbar then we go higher in price... What I felt I was mislead about is the 'tilt lock'. Sure it locks in the level position but does not lock while you're leaning backward (which is what I wanted). Instead you have to continuously supply backward force to stay reclined.
