The chair is not comfortable because it is to stiff. The Back is to vertical and does not allow a recline motion and whole.

This chair is not only beautiful. It's well made and quite comfortable. Putting it together was very easy. Instructions we're fantastic and easy to follow. I'm 87 and if I can do it anyone can.

Doesn't lean back

First this chair is difficult to assemble. When we finally got it put together we find that it does not lean back without planting both feet on the ground and REALLY pushing it back.(Yes we adjusted it all the way) It is also pretty squeaky(the faux leather). It may stop who knows. The jury is out on keeping it.

A Comfortable Chair But....

I purchased this chair from Staples about a year ago. While it is a very comfortable desk chair I can no longer get the chair to stay at the height setting that works for me. It constantly lowers to an uncomfortable position no matter how many times I set the lock on it. This started about four months after I brought the chair home and it's quite aggravating.
