I give this chair 5 star because there really isn't anything bad to say about it. My old chair was uncomfortable to sit and was giving me major back and hip pain. I was dreading working in my home office because I knew I would be in pain by the end of the day. I don't have these issues with this chair. The long seat supports my legs so I don't have butt aches. It's sturdy and don't wobbles. I glide from station to station and am very productive.
