After sampling several choices this chair was selected. So far the chair is doing what it was designed to do. HOWEVER the chair pales when compared to the outstanding service provided by the young man who effectively reviewed options displayed enthusiasm for the choice made and in a very timely manner assembled the chair and loaded it into my vehicle. If this chair proves to be half as good as the service I will remain a happy and loyal customer!

I have been shopping not only incessantly for this specific type of chair because on a bad back and arthritis. Just when I thought I found one I failed. That was until I went to Staples online and discovered this chair which also included assembly on site. I highly recommend this chair; my back is doing much better!
