Unfortunately I do sit at my desk probably more than I should but at least this very comfortable chair has good padding that relieves some of the pressure of having to sit for long periods of time. Very glad I got this chair. I put it together myself too that was fairly easy.

Overall the chair is very comfortable. The only problem is I'm a bigger guy 6' and 350 lbs and my legs are right against the arms of the chair where it meets the seat towards the front. If the chair was more open up front or maybe 3" wider that would suit me fine.
