It's a good value for the price paid. If it was covered in fabric in stead of the slippery leather it would be better. The spring in the tilt unit is to stiff which makes tilting back a little to hard to do. The chair is still a good value for the price paid and it's well made.

Chair was easy to assemble. Appears to be well built. My only concern is the covering. Bought a similar chair a few years ago from Staples and the bonded leather covering is peeling off.
