I received this chair as a birthday gift. I didn’t have a chair to work from home in. This chair exceeded my expectations. I have a hard time sitting all day and usually feel achy after 8 hours. In this chair I work comfortably all day then sit in it to play board games at night. It was easy to put together and easy to learn how to use the features.

It was a snap to put together very straight forward and came with the tool to do so. Looks very nice like the photo of it and sits very well very comfortable. This is NOT a bad point towards Staples but I wish the manufacture would have used larger/bigger caster for the wheels. They're a bit too small and do not easily move across the carpet protector. Perhaps if I bought a wood one rather than the standard hard plastic one it would cooperate much better but I still believe larger casters would be better.

It's a really nice chair very comfortable. the only thing is that I wish it adjusted a little lower because I have short legs so my feet don't touch the floor all the way.
