I've assembled many an office chairs and the directions that were provided with this chair are correct - it is (very) easy to put it together. It took me less than 15 minutes including taking it out of the box. The chair is reasonably priced and worth the money.

I really like this chair! It was very easy to put together with the parts easily labeled. One suggestion which isn't mentioned is that you don't completely tighten the lower are screws until after you lay the top of the chairback down. It makes it so much easier!
