You get what you pay for and I didn't pay much. My prior office chair broke after several years of use. I purchased this inexpensive replacement expecting it to offer the same level of comfort as my previous chair which looked very similar and which I also purchased from Staples. The new chair however has a very different feeling hydraulic system and does not seem to offer as much support during swaying or rotational movement. Not a bad chair overall but just not quite all there as far as support.

This chair only took 30 minutes to setup. Instructions were really easy to follow. This completes our learning room. Chair is really comfortable to sit in.

Seat cushion is flat just after 4 months of use

- The only issue I have is the seat cushion is not as comfortable as it was earlier & has flattened out after just 4 months of use - I use the chair for about 30-40 hours a week and back support is good - No issues with the castor wheels or arm rests - Still looks good as it did on day 1

This chair is solid and sturdy but the arms are incredibly low. It's stiff and doesn't really lean back much without a good bit of effort. The finish is nice and the faux leather is attractive. It's just not very comfortable.

Comfortable desk chair. Feels like real leather Bought it in black to replace a very old chair I had. Bought it at a great discounted price and very worth the money. Easy to put together and will adjust to a different level in height; keep it low or elevate it some if you would like. I recommend this chair for any office or desk.
