However upon opening the box a strong musty odor inside which also was in the section back and seat cushion. Had to return the chair to the store and there was no more stock. I was very pleased otherwise with the parts and excellent instructions. Manager gave me a full credit AND allowed me to choose another chair (upper price limit) and gave me the same discount even though it had now expired.

I’ve had the chair for about 10 months now and it has not held up. Complaints: Cushioning has worn down to the plastic on the lumbar support and arm rests. Arm rests are too close and dig into the sides of your legs. I’d probably gift a chair like this to somebody I hate. Save your money and buy a real office that will last.
