Assembly issues

I have had the chair for two weeks now. It is comfortable and good looking. The assembly directions were illustrated very well couldn't ask for better except they DIDN'T WORK FOR ME. Following the directions to the letter I could not get the back to set correctly with the seat. I ended taking and / or loosening everything until it all fit as it should. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars and not five.

The chair is solid comfortable and has a little extra height adjustment compared to several other models. Assembly instructions are good but don't rush. The chair felt like I had it for years the first time I sat in it very happy with purchase.
