so far I would recommend this chair.It was purchased to replace a smaller outdated chair.The main reason I liked it is the back of the chair extends very high for me and keeps my back tall and supportive.Also the arms are positioned well & are not the kind that loses the nuts and bolts underneath. The arms don't wiggle.

chair is ok. recline control doesn't work very well. one seemingly nonfunctional piece missing from base. but it's ok. However chair assemblers attached parts over the protective plastic rather than removing the wrapping first leaving me to try to tear it off which was a pain.

The chair is a very needed commodity for use my wife required. I still acquired for the clearance price even though it was weeks later when was able to purchase it.The delivery was prompt in fact it arrived a day earlier then what was expected.So that is why I give you and the employees concerned a 5 star rating. My only fault I see is the sad state of afffairs of your company having to close my store which was nearby. No fault there just the status of our country overall and how upper management and all high profile officials in our governship is handling each and every businesses are closing at an alarming rate. It is so sad as to whole every person who is employed in some capacity is feeling the downsizing and closures affecting each and every citizen in our Once Great Country Thank you from a veteran who will always till I die respect our no matter what the dire circumstances may bring
