I bought this chair for my son for last minute Christmas gift. It is not tall enough in the back and very hard does not lean back at all. Very uncomfortable! My fault as I’ll never purchase furniture online again. Not like you can take it apart and return it.

I order the chair based on the floor model which fit my height perfectly and tilted back easily....I had Staples put it together....I found when I got home I couldn't adjusted the chair low enough so that my feet didn't dangle and it was very stiff when I tilted it back (I did fully loosen the tension). I was able to take it back and trade it with the floor model....So now I'm please with it....I'm a little concern regarding the wear and tear based on some of the reviews - I'm glad I got the protection plan on it.
