Before I brought this chair I sat in 2 days In a row jus to be sure. I kind of felt like the little girl in the three bears story this one was jus right. Very good lower lumbar support and back support the tilt is great and the head rest is awesome. I have a wonderful choice.

I'm sitting in my new chair and loving everything about it. It was super easy to put together. When I saw the small box it came in I got concerned that it was either a very small chair or was going to be a complicated DIY project. Who ever engineered this packaging and parts assembly is a genius and deserves to be a millionaire! The instructions were PICTURES and numbered steps ... so easy to follow. It is comfortable looks good and the "leather" looks BETTER than real. I'm glad I bought it. Highly recommended. Oh there was one line of words in the instructions. In the last box it reads "sit in chair" and there is a picture of the chair assembled with an arrow showing which way is down!

This chair with its adjustments is very comfortable for me. Assembly instructions are the best I have seen but attaching the back is poorly designed and the instructions do not warn how to avoid stripping threads and ruining the chair. As for longevity I have only heard bad things about bonded leather fabric. I would prefer a quality vinyl option. Time will tell on this point.
