I found the chair to be comfortable and easily adjusts to my needs. The only problem was one of the nuts imbedded in the back was out of place and the supplied bolt was not long enough to reach it. I was able to get a longer bolt which seems to be working well.

Bought a Kelburne Faux Leather chair from Staples same price Dec 2018 (now discontinued) & this was recommended as a substitute for an addl chair. Original chair was lots more cushy & comfortable & due to Covid I couldn't try this one before I bought it. Not really happy with the new chair but I've already assembled it & can't get transportation to return it. Would not recommend this product. Also some of the folks I dealt with at the 800# had such thick accents I couldn't understand them & they refused to transfer me to someone who spoke more clearly. A very unpleasant experience.
