It doesn't have the upper back support I thought it had which is really bad for long periods of time. I have to lean back or lay in the chair to stop some of the upper back and shoulder pain. I wish it had more adjustment options like a lean forward if it was able to lean forward I would give it a 5* and it would solve so many problems. I would give it a 3* but the customer service was amazing so a 4 will suffice. :)

Let's be honest it's not the best chair on the planet but it is comfortable it does lean back it's it's good do not feel like you're going to slide out I'm surprised how high it goes when you put it all the way up and it goes down enough for me and it's pretty comfortable so I'm happy with it
